I'm looking for a way to download the new MS RDP customer for Mac from exterior the App Shop. I have looked online for the .dmg simply all links pb dorsum to the App Store.

- issues logging into the App Store, mass deployments, along with other reasons prompted the hunt for this app :-)

and then I was able to annal/nothing the RDP customer from my MAC, and Dropbox'ed it to my client. Worked well :-) ... the issue of the app store still remain, but that'due south a different story. thank you all for your proffer.

Ok, take you downloaded it from the app shop yet?

Usually y'all can find the downloaded folder than then evidence the package content and extract it.
I will attempt that. I'm hoping that this MS app is going to be like to all Mac based apps in the sense that they are well-nigh e'er setup to be self-contained. Merely will see.

so I was able to archive/zip the RDP client from my MAC, and Dropbox'ed it to my client. Worked well :-) ... the consequence of the app store still remain, but that's a unlike story. thank you all for your suggestion.
